Your inputs and assumptions
Results depend on the values, units, geometry and product information you enter. Check those inputs and the assumptions published on each calculator page. A successful calculation means the arithmetic was performed within the tool’s supported range; it does not mean a roof design or material order has been approved.
Excluded decisions
The tools do not determine structural member sizes, allowable spans, loads, connections, construction details, code compliance or roof-system suitability. Rafter reference lengths are not fabrication instructions. Material quantities exclude the accessories identified on the relevant calculator page.
Estimates and independent verification
Displayed figures are rounded, measurement errors can affect outputs, and material packaging may vary. Verify important results independently, read the selected product’s instructions, and confirm structural and code questions against local requirements or with a qualified professional.
